Our Mission:
The purpose of the Ulster County Horse Council is to establish and maintain a corporate organization run by volunteers, encouraging cooperation and participation among people who are interested in preserving, promoting and improving the overall equine industry in Ulster County, New York.

Open meetings held on 3rd Tuesday of every month on-line through Zoom at 7:00pm.
